Service Description

In this workshop we will be looking at how the breath can be used as a tool into the nervous system to reduce and manage symptoms or Peri Menopause & Menopause. Our hormones have a direct effect on our breathing so the beauty of this is we can retrain the breathing to help the body and reduce the symptoms that can occur as we go through this life cycle. Wether you are doing it all naturally or with some help these practices will benefit you. A questionnaire will be sent out prior to the workshop and this need to be completed as soon as possible so i can tailor the workshop accordingly. All information is kept private but the space will be open for sharing. As women we need to understand how we can help ourselves and each other. The aim of this workshop is to do just that. Give you practical science backed tools you can use at home. Studies have shown that those who do a simple daily practice have benefitted greatly from this work. Im excited to bringing this to glow. As a women i Peri menopause myself i chose to go the natural route and it has been a game changer for me. Which is why i want to share it with you. This will be kept as a small group so i can tailor it to your needs. If money is an issue please just contact me directly as i will offer a few concession spaces.


Cancellation Policy

i can only accept cancelations for the full 4 week course not individual sessions. if you book onto the course and have to cancel this would need to be done at least one week prior to the course start date or the full amount would be payable. (you can always offer your space to a friend if they want to take it).
