suitable for beginners. We explore breathwork to help ease stress in the mind and body, Asana ( Postures) to realign the body and keep it healthy and meditation to quieten the mind. When you book a 6 week course you also get access to the zoom links for classes and the recordings incase you miss a class.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the current situation and limited spaces i can only accept cancelations for the full 6 week course not individual sessions. if you book onto the course and have to cancel this would need to be done at least one week prior to the course start date or the full amount would be payable. (you can always offer your space to a friend if they want to take it).
