Service Description

A beautiful way to start your day. The class is open to all levels. It will be a flow class, sometimes more dynamic sometimes a deeper flow. All aimed to work as a moving meditation. A Perfect start for any day. x When you book on for a course you also get access to the zoom links and recordings incase you miss a class.

Cancellation Policy

i can only accept cancelations for the full 4 week course not individual sessions. if you book onto the course and have to cancel this would need to be done at least one week prior to the course start date or the full amount would be payable. (you can always offer your space to a friend if they want to take it).
